Refund Policy

Short version
If the product is not what you expected and you have barely used it, ask for your money back within 14 days and you get it. If you studied with us and still failed the exam, we extend your access for free.
1. 14-day refund
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have used no more than 50 questions and have not started a timed mock exam. Write to support@cacontractorexam.com from the email you used at checkout. We normally approve within 2 business days.
We set a usage limit because the product is delivered instantly and in full: once the question bank has been worked through, it cannot be returned. This limit is stated here and on the pricing page before you buy, not hidden in fine print.
2. If something is broken
If the product does not work for you (it will not load, the payment went through but access did not open, or there is a serious error in the material), tell us at any time during your access period. We will fix it, extend your access, or refund you in full if we cannot fix it. The 50-question limit does not apply in this case.
3. Pass guarantee
If you complete at least three full timed mock exams with us, sit the real exam during your access period, and do not pass, we will extend your access free of charge until your next attempt (up to 180 extra days). Send us your official PSI score report within 30 days of the exam.
The pass guarantee is an extension of access, not a cash refund. We cannot independently verify exam results, so we do not offer money back on this basis.
4. How refunds are paid
Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days. Paddle may also consider refund requests directly under its own buyer terms.
5. Abuse
We may decline a refund where we see evidence of bulk downloading, sharing of content, or repeated purchase-and-refund cycles from the same person.
